Watch Football in Las Vegas
To be clear we are talking about soccer here. Football (soccer) in Las Vegas can be watched if you know here to find it. Follow our guide so that you can watch football and keep up to date with the English Premier League. (We will be doing a round up of the best places to watch American football soon). We have watched games quietly on a small screen whilst the rest of the bar watches a college basketball game, and also with hundreds of fans cheering their teams on. It depends on the time of day, time of year, and also if there is another event in town, for example a big boxing event. Boxing in particular attracts large numbers of British tourists, with the attendant number of football fans amongst them.
The English Premier League is increasingly popular in the United States, on the back of strong performances by both the men’s and women’s US teams at recent World Cups. (The US Women’s team are current World Cup holders). The growth of Major League Soccer, with large number of UK imports (not just David Beckham, players such as Bradley Wright-Phillips and Nigel Reo-Coker) finding success, has brought football/soccer into the mainstream. There are some in the States who claim that football has overtaken Ice Hockey in the US as the 4th major sport. Wear your colours with pride, cheer your team on with a beer in your hand from the Las Vegas Strip, and make sure to send a photo to your mates who are at the game.
You can watch football from the English Premier League in Las Vegas at these bars and restaurants:
